Pads last around 20 applications on average, always but the plastic cover on when you aren't using to keep it sticky for longer and store in original airtight packet.

Hypoallergenic pads have considerably less chance of causing a reaction but please see what they are made of below.
S1 requires 1 pad.
M2 requires 2 pads.

Our NEW pads are hypoallergenic they are hydrogel and Polyurethane. Please do not use these if you are likely to have a reaction to them.
