Refunds are not possible due to the cost of shipment, however if you notice that some products are selling faster than others we are more than happy to swap products around without additional outlay within reason and where possible. Shipment of any swap outs will be payable by you on the return of the unwanted products and the postage of the new products. We are happy to include swaps in your next shipment as long as you have returned the unwanted, unopened and undamaged items prior.
