Our Period Underwear gives you comfortable, breathable protection all day long — soft against your skin and built to last wash after wash.

Each pair features a multi-layer absorbent gusset that holds around 40 ml of liquid, wicks moisture away from your body, and helps control odour and bacteria throughout the day.

Choose Your Style

• G-String Lace & G-String Smooth — ideal for everyday light to moderate flow, or as a backup layer on heavier days when you want minimal coverage lines.
• Full Brief (Black or Grey) — full coverage front and back with a wider gusset, making these the best choice for heavier flow days, overnight use, or if you prefer extra security and comfort.

Find Your Size

Our sizing is based on standard Australian clothing sizes:

• Small — AU Size 8
• Medium — AU Size 10–12
• Large — AU Size 14–16

Between sizes? If you are on the border (for example, a size 9 or size 13), we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit — especially important for overnight wear when you want to avoid any pressure or restriction.

How Long Can You Wear Them?

On a moderate day, most people comfortably wear a pair for 8–12 hours. Change into a fresh pair when you begin to notice a wet feeling against your skin — that is the signal the absorbent layer has reached its limit. On a lighter day or when used as a backup to a tampon or cup, a single pair will easily last the full day.

Overnight Use

The Full Brief styles are recommended for overnight wear. Their wider, longer gusset provides better coverage in all sleeping positions. Wear them as your only protection on a light-to-moderate overnight flow, or pair them with a tampon or cup on heavier nights for extra peace of mind.

Washing & Care

To keep your Period Underwear performing wash after wash:

• Rinse first — rinse in cold water immediately after removing to release excess fluid before washing.
• Machine wash cold — wash in a cold, gentle cycle (30°C or below) to protect the absorbent layers and fabric.
• Wash with similar colours — dark pairs with darks, grey with lights.
• Do not use fabric softener — softener coats the absorbent fibres and reduces their ability to wick and hold liquid over time.
• Do not bleach — bleach breaks down the absorbent and odour-control layers.

Drying

• Air dry is best — hang to dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources to preserve the elasticity and absorbent layers.
• Avoid the dryer — high heat degrades the multi-layer gusset over time and can cause the elastic waistband and leg openings to lose their shape.
• They dry relatively quickly when hung in a well-ventilated space, so having two or three pairs in rotation makes washing and drying easy.
